I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I really love having this guy as our Coach. He is 100% focused on developing these young men...you can tell how much he truly cares for them.

I bought Coach's first book shout out.. I wanted to read the book he suggested to our players he had just became the leader of as well as those he would want to attract to UConn in the future. I wanted to make sure that he was the type of man, coach and mentor that Jim Calhoun is.

It took me until Page 25 of Chop Wood Carry Water to realize this young kid, part of a Legendary NJ basketball family, just might be what we needed in Storrs.

A recruiter of young kids, a builder of Men. Men who may not make a living with a ball in hand but already have prepared themselves for that life with their education.
