You're better at coaching -- which is what we're talking about -- than Dan Hurley? That's your point here, yes? You ask some insane questions and this argument sounds like it came from my 10 yo grandson I've coached for almost 30 years up to the college age level and I acted like Hurley the first few years until a mentor sat me down and said my career would be very short if I kept it up. I then learned a lot from Joe Morrone and Bob Dirkranian at soccer clinics on how to interact with officials. I think I have a better feel for this aspect of coaching than Dan Hurley and so does 99.9% of all college basketball coaches He continues with this garbage and he will either destroy his career or the program. Nobody wants to see either, including me. Wake up and realize that Dan Hurley has some serious anger management, maturity or insecurity issues. Did you know at a very recent game one official politely asked Dan Hurley to not point his fingers at one particular working that game - not only did Dan Hurley smirk at the ref asking but continued to do the pointing. Nobody is claiming he is a terrible person or a bad coach, for from it my eyes, but he has a flaw, and it has potentially bad ramifications on the program he loves and the kids he coaches. Time to coach from the bench rather than be the show on the bench as my mentor (God rest his soul) would say.
