I don't think they are. I can see 4 ACC schools leaving and maybe Stanford or Oregon joining the B1G, but at the end of the day, the ACC is going to be reduced to 10 schools, not 6, and with 10 schools they'll have their pick of the rest, without having to dip into the misfit toys being mentioned.
