Although I purchased my season tickets for the XL center, I haven't gotten the link to download the tickets though the mobile app. I have the instructions on how to do it, but no ticket link. Anybody else having this difficulty and how did you solve it?

Sorry for the delay, I was waiting for member approval so I could answer you.Although I purchased my season tickets for the XL center, I haven't gotten the link to download the tickets though the mobile app. I have the instructions on how to do it, but no ticket link. You must sign into your ticket account from your phone. Once there, go to your order history, where all of your purchased tickets are listed. Click on the game ticket(s)you want to download.
If you have an android phone, they will download to android pay, so you have to have that app installed on your phone.
If you have iPhone,you need applewallet installed.
