this game should prove to be quite valuable to the UConn coaching staff as you can rest assured that they are already working on new plans to defeat the way South Carolina played yesterday..........we can assume that other teams will attempt the same strategies as we head to the big games in March

They did a decent job of executing the plan but decent wasn't quite enough.

To beat UConn you need a solid game. SC's was a good one.
You need to be conscious of all 5 UConn players at all times. SC didn't do it consistently.
You need to stay focused and not get frustrated. SC didn't.
You need to play all out for 40 minutes. UConn did and SC didn't.

A good read. Thanks for posting, Wbbfan1. Sometimes it looks like Dawn has no plan at all, but last night was different. SC just couldn't execute long enough, often enough.
