If the judge agrees with some schools being allowed to opt out of the Class Action, then the floodgates open, and many more schools can do that as well. I hope that happens. Im not saying it will. But it would deal a blow to the uneven use of the basketball monies that exists right now. Honestly, the best thing for all schools right now would be for the NCAA to cease to exist.
