As I remember it, Baylor’s defense plan was focused on stopping freshman Paige, and as soon as Didi went down in the 3rd quarter, she torched them. They eventually made a comeback, aided in part by Christyn’s missed free throws. If you don’t want to make this case, then you’ll have agreed with me again that Paige carried the team to the FF game.
