How does one send a PM?

I ask this in a thread because the answer might help others. Hopefully I am not the only dummy in the yard.

A simple way is to click on the member's name (under their avatar). That will open a small window where you can click on "start a conversation".
Your inbox is in the upper right corner of this page. If you have a message a red flag will appear. Click on the inbox and open your message. When there you can continue the discussion by replying to the message in a similar manner as you post in a thread.
