They do not look good tonight, I know they are winning but Tenn is playing pathetic.

We'd roll over the first half team. The second half team was pretty good.

I thought that ND looked darn good. I'm not sure that I would want to meet up with them again, especially on their home court.

They did look great in the second half I have to admit. They shut me up. But the first half was hard to watch. Then again Tenn quit playing in the second half. It is funny that ND is the only other women's team that runs the offense like we do. The game in Hartford in Feb is going to be good and I will be on hand to see Uconn win that one.

Muffet thought they played better tonight than against UConn. She also said they are getting better. Scary!

They also have a sense of urgency because they know that if they're going to do it, this has to be the year.

Having said that, I think UConn beats them in Hartford twice. If they meet again in the ncaas on a neutral court, all bets are off.

We lost because because the team couldn't stop ND from going to the Free Throw Line. As poorly as Tenn played they kept ND from getting there normal amount of free throws. Of course instead of getting fouled, ND was making easy layups. :)

As long as that neutral court is not in the midWest we have a chance

I'm sure it's been pointed to, ad nauseum, but one made free throw more than the abysmal 12 for 20 would've done the trick...and I can't help but mention the skill with which a couple of the ND starters can flop/draw a foul. I know--it's a part of the game.

If I remember correctly Novosel tried her patented 'lean in' move early in the 1st half and was called for an offensive foul. She then picked up a second (on defense) and sat for the remainder of the half. I don't recall her trying it again.

Tenn. got tuns of rebounds last night in the first half. They were unable to convert. To me Irish are still susceptable to a strong rebounding team. Huskies were not yet ready to exploit that a few weeks ago. NCAA tourn. committe is desperate for parity. Last year by bracketing Baylor/Tex.A&M, Uconn ND together they were able to achieve that. This may be Irish last chance for awhile, and Baylor is running out of time with BG. After this season huskies may have too much talent for anyone except Baylor. Soon we'll be hearing those cries from around the country that Huskies winning is bad for the sport. AGAIN!

With Kiah coming on, KML showing signs of become a stat filler, BB getting into the act I like our chances againest anybody. In our 2 losses we had Baylor by 11 and hadnt been to the foul line and againest ND ND lived at the line. On a neutral court I like our chances alot and as someone said so long as its not anywhere near ND.
