Could easily be something truly personal, an illness, a child in trouble, etc. etc. The University statement is positive which tends to suggest it is not any impropriety.

It almost sounds of a hint of health issue when he mentions taking care of himself. In any case, none of our business, I wish him well, didn't realize he was there for Houston's good season a few years back.
