A small thing, perhaps, but someone in Storrs knows the value of good public relations (and customer service). And congrats to Mr. Carr for speaking up and getting a resolution that will make a lot of people happy. . . .BTW the Blue Lot parking Saturday seemed to flow much more smoothly.
