Holly Warlick is Announcing the USF-Cincinnati game and it's a mess

I wanted to tune into this game to see how the battle for 2nd looks and as I am listening to the "color analyst", I am thinking she is offering me nothing but trite comments, to wit: "you have to move the ball from side to side", or "you have to hold onto the ball" are two of her favorite comments. I then find out it's freakin Holly! No wonder Tennessee was so brutal. Here's another "insightful comment": "you can't have that kind of turnover" as opposed to you know, ANY KIND of turnover. Add in that freakin southern a twang of hers and it's painful. The worst of it is she seems to be openly rooting for Cincinatti in the spirit of trying to will a good game. Yes, I detest her and yes, I am probably biased by that. On the plus side, at least she's not wearing anything orange...

...and now the pauses of "ahh, yeah, ahh" that she can't comment on what the play by play person is asking...where's @Plebe when I need him???

Ha I've been flipping back and forth between a few games. I've come to a place where I can actually enjoy Warlick's folksy style of commentary because it's, uh, different

I still can't understand how Warlick persuaded so many blue-chip recruits to be "coached" by her.

The Orange juice is Strong in Knoxville. She may be a smart, nice lady, but public speaking is not her forte.
