It's a small thing, but you know what I noticed in all of the videos showing the teams arriving on Friday? The UConn expectations and branding at all times. At least two other teams arrived wearing different warmups, and many players with headphones. Not UConn. I respect that the team arrives at the arena, all wearing the same kit. I appreciate that none of them are wearing headphones in public, perhaps to acknowledge anyone that approaches them. Call me old-school or a homer, but I find these things to be grounding in this day and age.
