Last night Longmeadow High beat Holyoke 59-49. Longmeadow is now 14-0 with Holyoke at 10-3.
Longmeadow soph Kayla Mokwuah [6'4"] led the way with 28/23. Worth a look?
For sure I will see her soon. Recently undefeated Enfield High beat Holyoke by about 20.
Their 6'3" soph Mary Baskerfield had about 17/14.
BTW: Our very own Marisa attended Longmeadow High back in the day. I actually saw her play..and she was good....not on the UConn level but good. Fortunately she is very much on the UConn level in terms of coaching.
BTW#2: she was just as beautiful then as she is now.
BTW#3: Marisa went to see Mary B play....maybe a trip to Longmeadow will be in the cards?
