Numerous high profile personnel changes have been made by Susan since she becomes President. Provost, Campus Design/Planning Services, Public Safety, Medical School, Athletics and UConn Foundation all have new leaders. I'm sure there have been additional personnel changes. There's no doubt in my mind that PP is her next target for termination.

Was it just me, or did anyone else see her standing next to Warde at the end of the game on the sideline near the tunnel last night? I don't see how the two of them can allow this mess that is PP to continue...

I, and I am sure most of the other members of the 'Yard, sent her an email this morning "suggesting" exactly that. This coaching buffoon is going to take down the whole freaking school, never mind the athletic department.......we have Stevie Wonder steering the single most important factor on where this school ends up for the next 100 years......she isnt stupid, she knows he has to be launched, its just how much more damage he does to the Univ. of CT brand before he leaves.

At this point it's a businesses decision, and PP is extremely bad for business right now.

They've GOT to pull the plug as soon as possible...

We all know P is gone. The question is does Herbst become aggressive enough and can him now. If they believe they have a potential head coach on the staff for the future, they should do so - think of it as an 11 game audition with two weeks until the real schedule starts.

But if they don't see anyone on the staff who could lead this team in the future, they'll probably just stick with him until the last game.

If she has any dreams of getting into the B1G - and I think she'd love nothing better than get into the B1G and give the ACC a middle finger while doing so - then she and her rock star have to hit a HR (or at least a triple) on the next hire.

End of last season we saw the iceberg field ahead and many yelled for a course change. Well, the captain stayed the course and know we just struck an iceberg. I suggest they move quickly to contain the breach before the whole ship goes down. NOW, is the last best chance to avoid catastrophe. Waiting is not the answer.

Right now Uconn has nothing to lose by firing PP and GDL. It can't get much worse than last night's disgusting performance.

Appoint Weist interm HC. The rest of the season is his audition. The offense did show some life last night but not sure how much control he really has with PP at the helm.

And while the season is playing out, start the search for qualified HC candidates. If Weist pans out, fine. If not, clean house and start the search/interview process.

What happened last night cannot continue. If PP remains, then there are going to be a lot of empty seats at the Rent and a lot less $$$$ coming in from boosters and patrons.

Manuel took ownership of Pasqualoni last year when he demoted by promotion DeLeone and kept Pasqualoni.

Manuel lead like water. Events just happen, the results settle out with little guidance by him.

Hopefully Herbst was letting Manuel know more than Pasqualoni's job was seriously at risk.
