I just don’t get it. They pay Graham a $12,000,000 buyout that is not mitigated by any future coaching money Graham receives, and their replacement is Herm Edwards?

I just checked his college experience and it seems he was a positional coach for 3 years in the 1980s.

For anyone who saw the AD's weird comment on their new structural model, I saw this tonight in the Deadspin comment section and got a good laugh:

first season prediction: they maximize myriad robust synergies whilst simultaneously leveraging pre-existing yet forward looking infrastructure methodologies. also, lose a lot.
