As many of the current Bench threads. Where is
Julia Reisigerova 6'4" 3rd Post Ranked 35 in 2017 Class? And why were the rating services following her?

Got me. She's unsigned and that speaks volumes about what women's' teams thought of her. (Unless I'm missing some personal or health issue.)

I was probably the most hyped up (perhaps only one) about Julia and considered her the best and most complete big (post) inclusive of the 2016-18 classes. I believe she opted to go professional in Spain? The rating services were following her because she was All-Tournament team for FIBA U16. Only ESPN was following her though perhaps they though there was a possibility she would go to college in USA. She would most likely be in the rotation if she came to UCONN, perhaps starting.

All I can think of is she opted to stay in Europe, but you can look long and hard and still just see nothing as an explanation.

Here's a link with limited information. It shows her as being born in 1998 (making her 20 years old) but lists her as being WNBA draft eligible this year. Curious.

Julia Reisingerova Basketball Player Profile, Femeni Sant Adria, News, LFB stats, Career, Games Logs, Best, Awards - eurobasket
This (WNBA) draft eligibility was also brought up in another thread regarding some other players Cecilia Zandalasini and Maria Vadeeva. It appears that WNBA is using a different eligibility rule for European professionals (1 year of professional basketball) vs the rule it uses for American Collegians (turns 22 in the year the draft is being conducted).
I have not been able to confirm this but Maria Vadeeva is also 20 (she played FIBA U19 summer of 2017) and will be WNBA draft eligible spring 2018.
