As fine a season as you'll ever see. Quality of competition was excellent, even if the AAC brought measure SoS down somewhat. The three closest games were by 11, 15, and 17 points. Baylor during their own 40-0 run in 2011-12 had a number of close calls. This was a season of dominance, of execution, of meeting the challenge of inevitability with shocking seemlessness. The team was unbeaten...and possibly unbeatable. 2014-15 is another year to follow. UConn will probably ride the third longest winning streak in WCBB. But can UConn get to 71? To 85? to 91? who knows what's about to happen? Who can wait to find out?
