Heartbreaking loss

Really inexcusable. Too much done wrong to call it a win though. Bad play from everyone except from #2. In reality the win would’ve been sweet but maybe a false sense of hope. Just the losing attitude in the last 20 seconds was a deal breaker. You don’t let Zeg cruise to the basket twice uncontested. That is partially on the bs 5th foul on Whaley.
However, you need to find a way to win no matter what and we were in the drivers seat and folded. Really devastating and demoralizing. Need to rebound and cruise through the rest of our schedule. A tough opponent but we need to get our offense polished and organized because it’s frankly terrible. We get them again mid January and hopefully we have Akok. A lot of things to sort out, I’m disappointed that we don’t come away with a crucial win. The team will learn and play better. Film will be brutal for a couple players but that can be helpful in the long run.

Cole 2-13, critical missed FT’s. No blame on him. He had 2 assists, that’s it.
