McMahon was asked that by a MC fan after he put that up. He said that these guys hadn't made it clear they were leaving yet. Definitely will be interesting to see what happens there.

With a new coach brought in this year at a program like Merrimack, it's not unexpected for there to be a lot of turnover in the players. Especially when the decision to fire the former coach was suspicious at best.

I don’t know that it was suspicious. The didn’t win. He had a long run with at best modest success. 3 winning seasons in 13 years. Ok it was at Merrimack. And he is s great guy but you still need to produce. He didn’t need to win Hockey East but he needed to show some positive momentum
