For years UConn basketball (and to a lesser degree, football) has been something I have been able to get behind and support as a matter of state pride. For all of the problems this state has, it also has many things I like about at and the Uconn MBB and FB programs are among them. He says good teams have answers. If your go-to guy isn't getting it done offensively there are other guys who need to step up and make plays. Also, if you listen to the players portion, Jacob Evans says at one point they just basically turned it up a notch to overcome Houston's aggressiveness- he says they just began to play harder and it made the difference.
