Have I missed a new hire?

Do we have a replacement yet for Rosemarie?
I was wondering the same thing.......this is most definitely an extremely important "ingredient" in keeping the team healthy and on the court. In my opinion really big shoes to fill.

Or Jasmine Lister? I think someone said she was only allowed two years with the team?

The Lister role (graduate assistant) is one that comes and goes on the staff - there have been a lot of years when they didn't have one, and they weren't actually looking until I think Sue got the coaches and Jasmine together after she was cut from Seattle's training camp roster. It worked out really well for both parties as Jasmine got to work out and get coaching from Shea while also getting her masters and experience on a coaching staff.

I suspect that at the moment Rosemarie's duties are being covered by her staff and other members of the University's training staff - it should be relatively light duty at the moment even with Lou and Napheesa's recoveries.

She has left UConn.

Jaz is one of two Jasmines currently on the LA Sparks roster attempting to make the team. [LINK]
Wow - they have 21 players on the roster in training camp - is that some kind of record?!

First---NO ONE can "replace" Rosemarie!! Period. Someone may be hired to fill her position. (yep just a play on words, )Rosemarie was so important to Uconn keeping players in the game, at critical time, and her abilities to not only help an injury but to present an aura of she could do darn near anything--helped with the healing. A very difficult hire.

guys. stop...It's Rosemary...Rosemarie was on the Dick Van Dyke show.

I was kind of hoping that if Rosemary ever left UConn (which I did not want), she would be hired by the NY Giants, who have led the NFL in time lost to injury for something like 3 years.

At least it looks like in her new role at the Hospital for Special Surgery, her skills may be of benefit to the Giants, Mets, and other local teams who make extensive use of that hospital's services.
