thats your president fellas, she goes to call a random message board poster our on a radio show and doesn't even get it right. do u all have faith in her? how could you? either she or one of her cabinet members was dumb enough to see a issue and then uncorrectly adress it? i mean were talking about a pretty silly thing here and she couldn't even get that right?

i'm truly just shocked.

i mean this place raised 30k in a couple frucking weeks for a good uconn cause and she gets on the air and says that? was this a message board when they got the pay checks from u guys then a hater blogs when they read something they dont like? this is just crazy.

people had a field day on the fsu ad when he adressed the dude of wvu in a donor dinner speach. what the heck was this? she couldn't even get it right let alone go thru with the stupid idea.

i'm lost. if she thinks i'm a hater then she has no clue about uconn. she has no clue how many years that ad is behind and how few ideas and balls it has.

a while back i was asked thru some people from uconn down to someone here to change my avitar becuase it was questionable to uconn. i could have just ignored it and had my fun but i did change it no questions asked and went about my usual. i want uconn to win every championship, recruit the best players, play in front of a hundred thousand and all the great things of college sports. i think uconn leadership may be lost as what to do.

a great example is today they cam out with the video board message thing. thats a good thing, something that should be done 8 years ago but none the less a good thing. we had bad leadership for years so that never happened. i'm glad it did now and its a good idea. the issue is we have actual probelms right now we need to fix like our football program. thats side stuff. if you want anyone to take you serious you would fix the football issue. if you gave me the chance i would clean the program out in one day and find you a coach cold calling heads. the next time you say big east you should get slapped susan, sorry to threaten you but i'm serious. stop it. no one from new york city to the moose in maine wants to hear that term any more. if you knew the culture of that league its like walking into a room and saying columbine. just stop it.

i think you and warde need to get off your high horses and realize the reason fans are going nuts(some more than others) is becuase we understand the war of CR and this school is so far behind it pains us. there are thousands of great ideas i have seen on here and thought of. i kid not thousands. we have seen maybe 3 or 4 ever happen and thats a crime. the latest one i think was the top row of the rent to get some coverage so the wind doesn't kill the top row on cold days. its sad that the type of thing like that wasn't basic planning in a stadium to start with and had to be bit*hed about here first.

i can go on for days, i went from a fun guy on here to most to the biggest jerk. but if i didn't then things would just simply be quiet here. there is nothing to talk about positive wise. its that bad and thats not a joking matter as you think it is. bunting softballs from joe d was not the way to go about your chew at me. at this point i'm not sure what i can possibly do to wake someone or anyone up in storrs or in the goverment. i would make a serious threat but considering sandy hook i'll think of something else. its gotten that dier for me. i beg, i b*tch and i beg some more. you and warde have done nothing.

i will never forgive you or warde for what you did with KO and our bball team. never. i wish he didn't have the remarkable character he did, becuase i would have dropped my pants and told you to kiss my ass. he could have got millions anywhere and he had the onions to prove you and warde wrong. you should have seen the stuff on the trail he got questions wise, just grilled by parents and guardians. the guy is a rock.

this is a fabalous example for susan of what u have left fans wise. this guy will go to 3 football games next year but tell everyone how great a fan he is. he will buy walkup tickets to 1 of those games and the other 2 he will get for free from nice ppl with extra seats here. he wont buy any beer at the game becuase he only smokes weed, shitloads of it. he will wear a green shirt becuase back in 1937 the whalers were good and he likes to think the old days are still here. why at the game he will hear a guy a couple rows behind him yell at the defense and will stand up and reply "relax man this is just college sports, kids in africs have aids". he will make your school a ton of money susan, good to keep him around.

thank go she got the message this time. i can't wait for your 241 on my blow up. it will probaly start off with u blowing up your propane grill in the parking lot causing a lot of smoke and tailgaters moving. thanks god we dont allows charcoal otherwise we may have blown up the whole air strip in hartford if so. thank god were small time enough to no allow for good cooking. maybe we should just outlaw grills since football and ping pong balls are no nos also. why we are at it, lets outlaw folding tables. those usually have two legs under them and those could trip people when they are close to them. and lets take the private school approach to females. they must wear pants, no skirts becuase they like to roll them up above there knees. thats in bad taste as a fanbase. for basketball games since we can't have signs, we should also not allow people to wear shirts that say things. if your shirt has any graphics on them, you will be asked to cover it up. uconn will have duct tape at all entrances so this is possible. new recruiting rules now, we can not recruit any player who has tattos. if they get one while in college, they will be asked to put white tape over them, we want our athletes to look clean cut like ivy league kids.

I should preface my comment by saying that I didn't hear the interview. But I have heard multiple people reference her phrase of "hater blog", and it would seem that she's referring to the Boneyard. If that's the case, then I agree 100% with your comment that I copied in this response. You made about 16 comments, but I'm willing to stand behind this one.

There were a great many here on the Boneyard that contributed to that fund, and now the Jim Calhoun Cardiology Center has a new heart apparatus (I can't remember what the apparatus specifically did). It would have been nice for her to say something to the effect of, "Many people are extremely upset on that 'blog', but they also showed some true spirit with their generous donation." I don't expect much from her interview on a sports show, but she has to also understand that it's not wise to try to alienate some of the most diehard of your fanbase, because those are the people that spend the money. Just my two cents...

The reason we are all ASSUMING she was referencing the Boneyard is because we all know this is a hater blog. 75% of the posts on here are negative.

Even Jim Calhoun when he thanked The Boneyard for the donation, made sure he mentioned that "He doesn't read it", why do you think he doesn't read it? My guess is because he knows that after about 5 minutes he would throw his laptop against the wall.

My only fear is that there might be potential recruits reading this crap and wondering why they would want to walk into this hornet's nest when there are better, more positive fan bases out there who actually support their football program. After reading the Boneyard for a week outsiders must think that 3/4ths of the fan base are down on the program. Who would want to be a part of that?

Out of the top 10 threads at the time I write this, IN THE FOOTBALL SECTION OF THE BONEYARD, 3 are about the Te'o scandal, one about the Armstrong scandal, a couple hate rants and only TWO about UConn football. Sad, real sad.
