Did anyone notice the news in the Courant this morning that Jen Rizzotti's U of H team will be hosting the Orange People of New York (see coach's listing under Q) at Chase Arena on Friday evening?
That match-up has some interest. The same two teams played a few years ago in an early round of the NCAA's, and as I recall Hartford won against the odds. The publicity then was about Katiegate -- Jen's unsuccessful effort to get Coach Hilsman to schedule a home game at Syracuse as a homecoming for then-senior Katie Kelly.
No so much interest this year, it seems.
