Honestly I'm not sure if these athletes have a leg to stand on. I get it's upsetting and disappointing but from the sound of it the school was hemorrhaging money to be in D1.

In my opinion, which is far from expert, more schools who are D1 need to take an honest look at their athletic programs and realize a lower tier division 2 or 3 conference would be more cost effective and beneficial.

Sorry Professor Higgens! While it still remains calm in Hereford and Hampshire, it does appear that a hurricane of sorts is happening in Hartford.
