Well said. I felt the worst for players the last few years. It is hard to keep going out on the field everyday for practices and game day and when you are getting destroyed and you hate your incompetent coaching staff (I am looking at you Randy Edsall).

These seniors deserve the spoils that go with victory and what could possibly be the renaissance for UConn football

I’m happy for everyone associated with the program that has seen it through in spite of poor coaching, bizarre pr events, horrible losses and just a decade of declining to near zero energy. Whether you’re an administrator, player, fan - whatever. I’m so thankful AD David Benedict spent 3 days in Idaho talking, listening and ultimately concluding this frigging guy is just what we need. I am still in shock that we are where we are. This is simply implausible.

But to all who are still standing after countless body blows and haymakers thrown at this program, enjoy this!
