I was a beat writer during Denham's tenure at UConn. I spoke with, and interviewed Denham quite a bit. Super nice guy, very humble and unassuming. I always felt a bit bad for Denham because I believe that he had a ton of pressure from folks in Toronto, and Canada in general, to be a huge superstar, which I'm sure wasn't an easy burden to handle for a college kid, but he handled it very well. One of my favorite Huskies, and a very important piece to the 2004 national championship. Happy Birthday Denham and best of luck in the future.
