Hope he comes back, but also hope people don't attack him, if he decides to leave, under the guise of "looking out for his best interests." If he goes, let's thank him for refusing to abandon the program when it was in serious trouble, playing through injuries, and being a terrific leader this year.

I will have absolutely nothing but best wishes for the kid and all he's given the program.

It would be a blow though!

The way this week has gone, I'd cry like a little girl...

I'm pretty nervous, but best of luck to him either way. The kid bleeds blue and white and is a Husky to his core. No doubt he'll find his way in the NBA, whether he stays this year or enters the draft.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. I can't imagine any other scenario than him coming back, but, you never know.

Considering how weak this draft class is coupled with several top players returning to their respective schools, he'd be a fool not to strongly consider it.

I wish I had a dead horse to beat for this thread. I am going away from my computer so I do not throw up before he announces.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. It was the age of Shabazz, or the age of no Shabazz.

As much as I don;t want to even type this - I agree w/. MCNPA. I want him here, but don't fault him at all for making move if it does indeed go that way.

Even so there is still a very good chance he doesn't get drafted. He is a low second rounder at best. If that is good in his eyes then I do wish him the best given what he has done for Uconn.

I'd be shocked if he leaves , especially since he's so out of shape.

Shane Larkin declared for the draft. Wonder if this has any implications on Bazz.
