The RB pass is great if it works. Regardless the play forces the defense to guard the deep receiver the rest of the game. Safeties can't cheat and crash the box.

Yeah that caught me off guard. Maybe should have put him at QB rather than Foxx? Throw wasn't awful there was decent coverage and Thomas almost caught it off the reflection.

It is very encouraging that we've seen few fake punts and FGs a flea flicker and a half back pass at the halfway point of the year after seeing no imagination for years. I wo see what's next.

The best part about those plays is that even if we never run them again, they're on tape for the rest of Diaco's coaching tenure in Storrs. Teams will have to spend some time looking at those plays and it places a shadow of doubt in the defenses mind when we lineup to kick or pitch the ball on a toss
