At this point everyone’s here who will be. did Dawn complain about lack of available tickets? I’m looking at maybe 1500 empty seats. Granted, they are mostly high up but still. And I imagine there’ll be more Monday night

Seemed like a lot of empty seats. Crowd seemed rather subdued.

When I was here 3 years ago, the stands were largely full, but I believe they had closed off the upper tier. It would be interesting to compare attendance for 3 years ago with today.

Attendance was 10,600 plus for UConn game and slightly less for SC vs Buffalo

As information, back in 2015, the last time UConn played in the Sweet 16 at TUC, the attendance was 8269. At the time it seemed like a bigger crowd because they closed off the upper level of the arena. So this year’s attendance is up by approximately 1/3 more.

The SC complaint was about the Harbor Yard in Bridgeport that was already sold out before the brackets were even announced - no reason to complain this time because the arena is larger and it is not sold out. At Bridgeport, SC fans only had access to the allocated seats (200 or 400) and they have a much larger traveling fan base.
