UConn has traditionally made great use of half-time. I just had a chance to see the second half of the Georgetown game and i saw another example.
In the first half, KK covered the point guard and Nika the shooting guard. In the third quarter the assignments were switched. Muhl had a real height advantage and blocked the Georgetown point’s ability to see the floor. And KK had the quickness to harass the shooter.
In my mind, this switch was exceptionally productive.
