    He sucks honestly. We need options for WC qualifying and then into 2017-18.

    No expert, but overwhelming evidence strongly supports Middlesbrough's scouts and management know a heckuva lot more about talent than some other joker. Then again, that's not setting the bar too high.

    Good move for him to stay in the EPL. While US players have not fared well int he EPL overall, keeper has been the one bright area over the last decade or two. I wish Guzman luck, though I suspect the USMT's future is with Horvath, Hamid & the new guys coming up.

    Guzan started today and picked up the W. Made a nice save but I still thought he boxed around the ball quite a bit. The Guzan era on the USMNT should be over.

    He is a bottom half EPL level goalkeeper. Probaby top 30 in the world, but that doesn't cut it against the legacy of US produced keepers or what the US team needs from its keeper. We need a top 10 keeper to succeed. And have had one going back to 1990.
