He's been looking at real estate in Madison on and off for past 8 years - he caught the bug when JC bought his house on the water there but I think Ray is more interested in the East Wharf area - he came close to closing a deal a few years back - that's the word I got from my people

He not moving to Madison he's spent well over $250k on building a basketball/ tennis court and 2800 sq ft golf green with 3 tee boxes along with all the landscaping at his house in old saybrook

Saw him working out at a local gym in Saybrook this AM... He had a mask on but I was pretty sure it was him... Only a few of us working out... one kid approached him & when I heard him talk I was sure it was him... Still looks like he can play...
