Noon kickoff on a Labor Day weekend, game on TV, lingering covid issues/worries etc....I don't think there'll be a sizable HC contingent sadly.

I think it will be listed in the 15-20K range but they'll be far fewer actual fannies in the seats.

John - No charcoal fire/open flames anywhere on premise… propane grills everywhere. (been that way since day one)

Not sure if Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Club (Aero Lot) across the street allows charcoal fires. They tend to have less “rules”.

I know you have choices listed CL82, but with the Price is Right rules I am going to go with the answer of 1 fan in the same way contestants guess $1 as they think the other contestants have gone over the actual prices, or attendance in this case. It wouldn't surprise me in the least bit if attendance was below 5,000 (actual) and I end up the winner and I don't say that with happiness

As for announced, the PA announcer can say any nonsense like 30K or whatever so I am forfeiting that part of the game.

This game in an odd way is bigger than BCS Championship as UConn football is fighting for survival. If they lose to Holy Cross, oh my, the chorus for ending the football program will be deafening. Am I being hyperbolic? Probably, but this game is huge-UConn has to win convincingly.

Went on the UCONN ticket website and there are full sections in the lower bowl that are sold out. I know that a lot of the tickets that appeared to be sold in the 200's are the free ones that season ticket holders were given. I'm thinking that the fact that there hasn't been a home game in a couple of years, that people had already bought tickets before the Fresno letdown. 19,366

Why would a sane person show up? The only bright side of how bad we are is that if you are concerned about catching COVID, it won't be hard to find seats in empty portions of the stadium.

I don’t think an empty stadium sends any message other than, “Maybe we should give up and shut it down.” We need to support the program. The results on the field will send the school enough of a message to make a change if needed. I can’t bear to have the program killed off. I love it too much. It would leave a real void in my life.
