Guess the attendance for 1/5 game vs. UCF

Very interested to hear what people think the attendance for next Saturday’s game at the XL Center against UCF will be.

I’d rather watch Ellington play Cromwell than watch UCF play basketball. That said, 11,700 tickets distributed and 9166 actually in XL. 20% not in their seats because they are drinking somewhere on the concourse etc., leaving the appearance of many empty seats.

Maybe after this game where 1/2 the ticket buyers try to sit in the bar they’ll finally figure out they should sell dedicated tickets there.

I'm not expecting great attendance, especially with students on break, but this is should be a well-attended game. UCF will quite possibly be a tournament team, and this game is almost a must-win for us to make the tournament. Our team is more fun to watch than last year, and it's January in CT. Believe me, I'm tired of the AAC. I just hope fans realize this should be a good basketball game with postseason implications. I can't wait to go.

Totally agree. AAC is boring to watch bc none of the fan base cares about these games. They just wanna see games vs P5 or BE teams.

I think if we beat Nova, we would get 12k for this game... Probably be more like 9-10k. People are still waiting to see a better product/ opponent.
