They will learn a lot from this. I've watched UCONN a long time, an these boys are fun to watch, depth is amazing. Bad coaching second half not playing Giffey more. Arguably second or third best player

I like Giffey, but if he's the 2nd or 3rd best player on our team, we're in big trouble. This would mean that Daniels and Boatright both fizzle this season and nobody comes through at the center position. As I said, I like Giffey and love the all-out hustle and everything else that he brings to the table, but if he's even in the top 3, we're a marginal tournament team at best.

All season that may be true, but tonight he was.

Neils was great shooting the 3. Need plays to just penetrate and kick out to him if he can knock down shots like that. If he could score 15 to 20 some games don't see that as a problem at all.

BEWARE!!!!!! We are now dealing with unfamiliar refs, because of our crappy conf membership. No more Driscoll, Stephens,, Stuart etc. They are working the ACC, SEC and Big 10 . Last nights game shows what happens when refs are not compatible with the way our FORMER conf. plays,!!! We think we can still play rough and tumble BE style. NO!

I agree Giff should have played more minutes in the second half- but was't he the guy that kept leaving his man open on the baseline for wide open 3s? Might b why he did not play as much in second half.
