Great to see Aubrey on the bench!

I couldn't see her walking but it was great to see her on the bench with her radiant smile. I understand that back surgeries are very serious and that we all are supporting her in her hopefully full recovery.

As we know, unless Geno can find help in the transfer portal, we will only have 4 guards on the team for next season. As great as those guards are, we certainly have learned this season that relying on a minimal number of sensational players is not a great strategy.

Aubrey could offer some help on the wing with her great defense and her ability on the drive to the basket while spelling those 4 guards. If she can add some perimeter scoring as well, she could be a major contributor.

With Liv gone, we'll need her help next year on the O-boards, where she seems to play 'way above her size.

Personally I consider Aubrey more of a 4 than a 3, but have no doubts about her ability to play guard defensively. With a short 3 big rotation this year due to her absence, she is one player who if healthy can provide some help for bigs and guards, although I think a 2/3 with perimeter skills should still be the number 1 target in the portal.
