First time in history that both fighters have 2 gold medals.

I like lomachenko to win.

Slava Ukrayini! Pulling hard for Loma. Think he wins it, too.

Side note, I hate how Teddy Atlas and Joe Tessitore both say "Vasili" (the Russian version) instead of "Vasyl" which is the Ukrainian version of his name, and therefore, correct. I know it's small, but Ukrainians and Ukrainian-Americans are very particular about these trivial things.

Loma is a beast! Rigo had zero ansers for him. People will say he was too small or old but what i saw had very little to do with size and a lot to do with skills. Loma needs to move up to 135 and fight Mikey Garcia.

Loma is special, but that fight was a made for tv slaughter. A guy that age moving up not one but two weight classes to fight a guy of that talent level. A Bob Arum Special. They needed a name for his resume, but it was never going to be a close fight.

Arum would never let Loma go up two classes to fight Crawford, which would be a great fight.

The Mickey Roman v. Orlando Salido fight on HBO last night was unbelievable.

I couldn't look away. I am a fan of Salido , or at least his fights, but he looked like a shot fighter during the introductions. His eyes already looked swollen.

Thats because theyve been 3 weight classes apart. Last nights fight was at 130lbs while Crawford is now fighting at 147lbs.

He's one of the most complete fighters I've ever scene. I'm a big GGG fan but Loma is a better boxer

My point was Arum would never let his fighter take that fight if roles were reversed. Nothing deeper than that. And while it was a nice win, it wasn't as dramatic as the hype will make it sound.
