We will be fine but we have too many bits who don't play and not enough play making guards. Give me one more shooting guard who can handle and shoot and we win the last 3 games. Jazz and Lamb are tired. DD would be great on a different team. This is the same as 06 or the Georgetown team with Alonzo and Dikembe. Once


RB comes back fully and we get rest for the other guards we will be okay. As good as AD is we would have been better. With 2 more guards even a Judo player. Still elite 8 or better.

The '06 team was ranked #1 for portions of the season, and came within a Denham Brown 3 rimming out of going to the Final Four. To compare this team to that team is vastly overstating how good the '06 team was and how mediocre this team is on the court.

If this team resembles any recent ones, it sure isn't 2006. This one looks to me closer to 2008 or 2010. Both really under achieved for the level of talent.

How did the 2008 team underachieve? I'm pretty sure they were unranked to start the season.

Play the players who know how to play basketball. Can't have Andre standing around with his arms at his waist on offense "thinking what do I do next". He needs to get Chuck minutes and responsibility as he learns how to play.
Cut the Bazz as G Knight and the other 4 as the Pips. Run the ball down the court and have not just Lamb running in circle cuts but everyone in the "touch" the ball game.
Need to lock down and run other teams into the ground with constant pressure on both offense and defense. Part of winning last year was other teams were worn down at end of games and missed "makeable" shots 'cause it had been 39 minutes and 55 seconds of war. The other teams is resting when Uconn is on offense.

The 2008 team struggled until mid January and then got hot and started knocking everyone off. I remember being at the last game of the season when they blew out Cincy and thinking this team could make a run. Then they had that WTF loss vs WVU in the big east tournament and if Price didnt get hurt in the San Diego game, who knows how that season would have ended? This team needs to start winning fast
