Guys, I came across an article in the WSJ that in itself is great, but there is an anecdote in the piece which speaks volumes about this team and specifically about Tyler Olander. A special group and signs that Tyler gets it. See the link.

Well worth reading, as it details how left-handed Olander offered both strategy and role-playing to beat Randle. The comments were complimentary and more perceptive than most. The one naysayer to WSJ's more-accurate-than most take on the APR ban got it all wrong...but he did so with the characteristic confidence we've come to expect.
