Your mother must be so proud.

On a lighter note, you may want to have your GPS checked. It's tough to take I-95 out of Bristol. Given that it doesn't get within 30 miles of Bristol.

shes not that proud of me, i'll be alright. i'll bet that he rides down 91 to 95, south to the city. just a guess.

I guess everyone who says a negative thing about UConn or any program "hate" that program. Grow up.
There's a difference between a pundit saying negative things about UConn and naming a specific recruit and advising him to go somewhere else. He crossed a line. Grow up yourself.

I think Gottlieb pretty clearly crossed the line with his comments on Roscoe Smith. I don't dislike Gottlieb that much, but if you didn't want to kick him in the groin after those comments, you're kidding yourself.

Remember when he wrote that glowingly, pro JC article and this board lauded him as being one of the best/most honest CBB guys out there? True UConn hater, there... I agree that he is obnoxious and a bit of a , but I also think he's one of the few CBB analysts who is willing to be negative.

Gottlieb is a smart but very irritating guy. My take is that he just tried too hard to standout amongst the myriad of college basketball analysts by continually being a contrarian and making crazy statements or predictions. If the statement or prediction proved true it would be a chest thumping, look at me moment. If it didn't it would be on to the next crazy statement. This stuff really ins't noticed by the casual fan, but for hoops junkies it just becomes an irritant. There is only so much pregame, halftime and postgame analysis and I always thought that Gottlieb's meainigful contributions during these periods was minimal at best.

Almost as arrogant as someone asserting whether or not JC needs to announce his future at UConn.

My guess is he goes 84/684 route like most people at ESPN at do when going to and from Bristol to the City.

I think he overcompensates for his youthful indescretion at Notre Dame by trying to be the unrelenting standard bearer for ethics. I guess there is worse things to be, but it seems like he is selectively critical.

Anyone who doesnt take 84 to 691 to the Merritt to the Hutch to get to the city from Bristol is nuts in my book.
