Cold Harbor isn't too far from my house and I've been many times. Nice place. Beer is pretty good. Nothing like Tree House or Trillium but it's solid. Definitely better than a lot of other breweries around here. Commuting from Grafton to Cambridge is going to wear on you. My brother-in-law did Grafton to Back Bay in Boston for a couple years before he just couldn't do it anymore and then moved closer to Boston. Suck it up and save as much money as you can so you can move closer to Cambridge. Are you planning to drive or take the commuter rail? Both suck. Driving because the traffic is horrendous. I do it everyday although I work from home in the morning and go in later so I can miss the morning traffic. Commuter rail because you have to get to Cambridge from a stop in Boston. Yeah would have been easier if you could have bought up north on 495 and taken the Fitchburg line. Is the area around Littleton that much more expensive than Grafton? Obviously Concord and Acton are very expensive. But other than that I really don't know the home prices in that area.
