Good news, you can now legally drive 85mph on certain segments of the highways there.

Bad news is that they've verified that the texas version of EZ Pass can record vehicles even if you try to illegally go without paying in speeds in excess of 100 mph.

A 1200 HP Hennessey twin-turbo Cadillac CTS-V that hit 220/5 mph? Not your father's Cadillac.

You had me all excited. I would have wanted to hang out with whoever drove that thing that fast. But it was a stunt. Helmets, safety gear and all that. Cops.
