Most under appreciated tourist destination is the unregulated, off the beaten path gator farm. Bonus if the owner is wearing overalls without a shirt.

I liked pleasure island better. WAY WAY WAY seedy. but I was younger then too.

Disney Springs (Pleasure Island>Downtown DIsney :) actually has some REALLY good restaraunts (namely the Boathouse) . And I spend far too much time (according to my wife) in Raglan Road, a pretty cool Irish Pub..

For OP, its not a Park, anyone can go. Its a great hang if you are looking for something to do. Shops, bars restaraunts.
