It's all about the coach in college football. The right coach at one of the power programs is going to succeed. Now, Saban is on his own level right now (Meyer is damn close) so Alabama may be an extreme example, but with an admin that cares, a really good coach is going to succeed. He has a machine over there right now, to say the least.
