Getting a read on Diaco - wrong board mods pls delete

My sense, is that he's a guy who is still an inexperienced head coach. There isn't a doubt in my mind that that thinks about (over thinks?) the every decision in detail. Once he's come to a conclusion, he sticks with it. That's good, indecisive people make bad head coaches, but I think that HCBD gets locked into the decisions he's makes and the reasoning he's used making heim slow to adjust.

I like him and I think he's got some great traits, but the jury is still out as to whether he's ready to be head coach.
