I typically don't get the point of black uni when our actually colors are National Flag Blue which is pretty close.

That said, those are pretty bad ass (hopefully Kib doesn't send me a letter about copyright violation). I especially like the 11 stars in the national championship star.

Pretty sure Nike has something to do with it, no? I'm not superstitious about the springing of new new unis in the XL. But the thing is - if you do something like this you better freakin' win. DT and Co didn't get that done vs. Duke in those silver unis and it really sucked.

I DO like this black better than that silver, though. Very Darth Vader/Kylo Ren...

Agree. The black unis are terrible, stick with white at home and blue on the road.

The black was way better than the "silver" which reads "sad grey" on my tv. I think they look powerful, hope they keep it unless they just use our regular home whites.

I like the Black uniforms! They look at better than those gray uniforms that they wear when they play a home game away from Storrs. Gives them a great look and may even put fear into the opposition. Makes them play with more aggression.
