For those that follow the women:

Georgetown is the #13 seed and has a first game bye...will face winner of South Carolina-Montana....most likely will play #4 seed TCU in game two.

Central Connecticut State will open with USF and the winner will play #7 seed Texas A &M.

All tournament sites are in the Raleigh area...NCAA sticking with the limited location strategy.

An observation....watched a game in the tourney where one team had zero shots on goal, zero corner shots.....In a mismatch of talent, one team decided to play bunkered up with the object of stopping goals. They gave up any pretense of offense.

Elite Eight matches...

#1 FSU vs #9 Duke
#14 Clemson vs #11 Santa Clara
#4 TCU vs Virginia
#2 North Carolina vs #7 Texas A&M

FSU went undefeated in the season...beating four of the remaining Elite Eight. Even with an Elite Eight loss, it will be a good season for them.

TCU and Georgetown was a game decided by PK's...as were three other eight games of the Sweet Sixteen.
