Interesting piece on Nika and why she did not play in the TN game. Nika and Geno had a disagreement on how she should play so she did not play. Since then, she agrees with Geno how she should play so she is playing.

Been listening to Coach for many years, and, of necessity, much of what he says is boilerplate. Often the silly questions he's asked must take great patience on his part to answer. Many of us I expect are hoping for some real insights into the program. In this particular presser, he gave out the bit about Nika. He also let us know that the team is nicked up. Something, but not a lot.
Today I was thinking that someone who's played for 4 years at UConn might write a book providing some of the details of what the experience is like. I don't know if players sign non-disclosure agreements or something like them and are thus forestalled from saying as much as they could. Fans have very little access to what happens off screen, but are very interested to know. Maybe that's wrong on our part.
