@RockyMTblue2, No attack as I know what a fan you are and respect your posts. I feel bad that you feel flummoxed. But 12 NC's buy him that right. That and not found to be annoying by many more than those that do.
Jim Calhoun had some tic,s and an occasional F'bomb right in front of the nuns but he put trophies in the case. Not all coaches are great at podcasts or interviews their expertise is developing teams and making players better.
Like snow flakes people are all different what bothers some does not others. Obviously what he has created speaks for itself.
Turn away from the interviews and enjoy the games. There is enough stress in life as it is today. Keep on Rocky & GO HUSKIES!
